Privacy and Discretion
In short
Many people avoid gyms because they feel watched. We fix that. Sessions are private 1-to-1, your health information and progress photos stay confidential, and nothing is ever shared or posted without your written consent. For a lot of clients, that discretion is the whole reason they finally started.
For a surprising number of people, the biggest barrier to training is not effort, it is being seen. Being the least fit person in a packed gym, sweating in front of strangers, or worrying someone might film you. If that is you, you are not being silly. Feeling watched is a real reason people never start, and we take it seriously.
Everything about how we work is built for privacy. One-to-one sessions in a private setting, confidential handling of your health details, and an absolute rule that your photos and progress are never shared without your say-so. Discretion is not a marketing line for us, for many clients it is the difference between training and not.
How your sessions stay private
- One-to-one training, not a crowded gym floor
- A private setting where no one is watching you learn
- The option to train at home or your own condo gym
- No pressure to perform in front of anyone
How we handle your information
The health details you share during screening, injuries, conditions, medications, are kept confidential and used only to plan your training safely. We do not gossip about clients and we do not share your information with anyone without a clear reason and your permission.
Your progress numbers, measurements and any photos belong to you. We store them for your benefit, keep them private, and never use them publicly unless you give clear written consent.
Our rule on photos and testimonials
We would love for you to be proud enough of your results to share them, but that is entirely your choice. We never post a client's photo, name or story without explicit written permission, and you can decline or withdraw that at any time. No consent, no post, full stop.
Why discretion helps you train better
When you are not worried about being judged or watched, you relax, you focus, and you actually learn. Beginners in particular progress far faster in a private setting because they will attempt new movements without the fear of looking silly. Privacy is not just about comfort, it makes your training work better.
