Home Personal Trainer in KL & Selangor

In short

A home personal trainer travels to your house and runs a complete, coached session in whatever space you have, living room, spare room or backyard. You skip the drive, the parking and the crowd, and train in total privacy on a plan built around your goals.

The biggest reason people quit the gym is not laziness, it is friction. The drive to Subang, the hunt for parking, the wait for a squat rack. A home personal trainer removes all of it. We arrive at your door with a plan and whatever kit the session needs, and you are training within two minutes of finishing work.

It also fixes the self-conscious problem. Training in your own home means no mirrors full of strangers, no one watching your first wobbly lunge. For parents, we can run the session while the kids nap or play nearby. For 1,000+-plus clients across KL and Selangor, home has been the setting that finally made training stick.

What we bring and what you need

You do not need a home gym. Most effective home sessions use bodyweight, a set of adjustable dumbbells and a few resistance bands, all of which we can bring. If you already own kit, we build around it. A clear two-by-two-metre patch of floor is genuinely enough to get strong.

  • Adjustable dumbbells and resistance bands we carry in
  • A mat and a sturdy chair or step for the rest
  • About two-by-two metres of clear floor space
  • No treadmill, no machines, no permanent setup needed

Why home training works for busy people

The session slots into the gaps a commute would eat. Book a 6am slot before the office, or a 7pm slot once the traffic on the LDP has died down. Because there is no travel on your side, more of your week actually goes into training rather than getting to it.

Consistency is what changes bodies, and consistency loves convenience. Clients who struggled to hit a gym twice a month often train twice a week once the barrier is just opening their own front door.

Neighbourhoods we cover

We are based in Putra Heights and travel across the surrounding Klang Valley, USJ, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Bandar Kinrara, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya and parts of KL. Areas further out may carry a small travel adjustment, which we tell you up front before you book, never as a surprise.

Keeping it quiet for the neighbours

Landed homes and apartments both work. We use controlled, low-impact movements where noise matters, no dropping weights on tiles. Sessions are structured so a downstairs neighbour never hears more than footsteps, which makes home training viable even in a mid-floor condo unit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to buy any equipment?+

No. We can bring dumbbells and bands for the session. If you want to train solo between visits, we will suggest one or two affordable pieces, but nothing is required to start.

Is my living room really big enough?+

Almost certainly. If you can lie down and stretch your arms out without hitting furniture, we can run a full strength session there. We adapt every exercise to the footprint you have.

What if I live in a small apartment?+

Small spaces are our normal. We select quiet, low-impact exercises and keep the equipment compact, so a studio or a mid-floor unit works fine without disturbing anyone.

Can you train me and my spouse together at home?+

Yes. Partner sessions at home work well and split the cost. Tell us when you book so we bring a second set of dumbbells and plan for two people.

A 60-minute session is the full-length format: a thorough warm-up, the main strength work with time to coach technique carefully, and a finisher or mobility piece. It suits people who want steady, well-rounded progress and are not racing the clock during the session.
