Corporate Personal Training Package & Pricing

In short

Our corporate package brings training to your office or nearby condo gym for small groups of staff. Pricing is per session and scales with group size, so cost per head drops as more join. It suits companies wanting a genuine wellness benefit rather than a token perk, with clear, no-surprise quotes.

A fit, energetic team is worth real money to a business, and group training at work is one of the simpler ways to support it. Our corporate package brings a coach to your office, a nearby condo gym, or an outdoor space for small-group sessions, strength, conditioning, or general movement pitched at mixed ability. We quote per session, and the cost per head falls as more staff take part.

We keep the commercial side transparent because HR and finance teams rightly ask. There is no vague enterprise rate hidden behind a call; we give a clear per-session price, tell you how group size changes cost per head, and let you pick a cadence that fits your budget. Sessions are pitched so a desk-bound beginner and a weekend runner can both take part safely and get value.

What a corporate package can include

  • Regular small-group sessions at your office or condo gym
  • Mixed-ability coaching so everyone can join in safely
  • Options for strength, conditioning or general movement
  • Transparent per-session pricing with cost per head shown

How group size changes the cost

You pay for the coach's session, and that cost divides across everyone who attends. A session split among eight staff costs far less per head than among three. We will show you the per-head figure at different group sizes so you can choose a format that is fair to the company budget and worthwhile for staff.

Keeping it a real benefit, not a token

A one-off session that ticks a wellness box changes nothing. We would rather run a sustainable cadence, say weekly or fortnightly over a term, that actually builds habits and fitness. We are honest if a proposed budget is too thin to deliver real value, and will suggest a leaner but genuinely useful format instead.

How to set up corporate training

  1. Tell us your team size, location and rough budget
  2. We suggest a format and show per-head pricing options
  3. Pick a venue: office, nearby condo gym or outdoors
  4. Agree a regular cadence that staff can sustain
  5. We run sessions pitched for mixed fitness levels

Frequently Asked Questions

How is corporate pricing worked out?+

We charge per session for the coach's time, and that divides across attendees. We show you the cost per head at different group sizes so the numbers are transparent. Larger, regular groups get the best value per person.

Our staff have very mixed fitness levels. Is that a problem?+

No. We pitch sessions so beginners and fitter staff can all take part safely, scaling exercises across the group. Mixed ability is normal in a workplace, and we plan for it rather than leaving anyone behind or bored.

Can you run sessions at our office?+

Yes, if there is a suitable space, a meeting room, rooftop, nearby park or the building's condo gym all work. We bring portable equipment and adapt the plan to whatever room and kit are available.

Is a single team-building session worth it?+

It can be fun, but we are honest that one session changes little fitness. If the goal is a real wellness benefit, a regular cadence over weeks delivers far more value for the spend. We will tell you which your budget suits.

Beginner Starter Package

Our beginner starter package is a small, sensible block, an assessment plus around eight to ten sessions, designed to teach safe technique and build a habit. It is priced honestly with a per-session rate below single bookings, and kept deliberately small so you can prove it works before committing more.

Budgeting for Training

Budget for training by first deciding a monthly amount you can comfortably sustain, then choosing the format that fits it, frequency, location and block size. A smaller plan you keep for months beats an ambitious one you quit. We help you build a plan around your budget, not the other way round.

Cheap vs Quality

Cheap training can mean shared attention, template plans, or inexperienced trainers, but it is not always bad for simple needs. Quality costs more and buys experience, real assessment and adaptation. The honest question is whether the cheaper option meets your actual needs, sometimes it does, often it does not.

Condo Gym Pricing

Condo-gym training is priced like a home visit, RM180-RM350, since travel is the main cost driver. The upside is equipment: you use the gym you already pay maintenance for, so no kit to buy. We assess what your facility has and build the plan around it.

Prices

Cost Per Result

Price per session is a misleading number. What matters is cost per result: what you actually pay per kilo of fat lost, per movement learned, or per injury avoided. A cheap session that produces nothing is expensive per result; a pricier one that works can be the better deal.

Couples Package

Couples training is 2-to-1: one trainer coaching two people who share the session and split the cost, so each pays less than a solo session. It works best when both partners commit to the same schedule. We can handle two different fitness levels, within limits, by scaling each person's exercises.
