Couples Personal Training Package & Pricing

In short

Couples training is 2-to-1: one trainer coaching two people who share the session and split the cost, so each pays less than a solo session. It works best when both partners commit to the same schedule. We can handle two different fitness levels, within limits, by scaling each person's exercises.

Training with your partner, a friend, or a family member is one of the most cost-effective ways to work with a trainer. In a couples package one coach runs a 2-to-1 session: you both train together, share the trainer's time, and split a rate that lands lower per person than solo 1-to-1. For a home visit it is especially efficient, since one trip covers two of you.

It also helps consistency. When you have booked a session together, you are far more likely to both show up, nobody wants to be the one who bailed. The honest trade-off is attention: a coach splitting focus two ways cannot watch every rep the way they would 1-to-1. For most couples that is a fair swap for the lower cost and shared motivation, and we manage it carefully.

How couples pricing works

  • One trainer, two people, one shared session
  • A rate that splits lower per person than solo training
  • Especially good value for home or condo-gym visits
  • Package blocks lower the per-session cost further

Handling two different fitness levels

You do not need to be at the same level. We scale each person's weights, reps and exercise choice within the same session, so a stronger and a newer partner can train side by side productively. It works well when the gap is moderate. If levels are very far apart, we will honestly suggest whether solo sessions might serve one of you better first.

When couples training is the right fit

It suits partners with similar schedules who like exercising together and want to share the cost. It is great for motivation and accountability. It is less ideal if one of you needs a lot of individual technique correction, or if your availabilities never line up, in that case two solo blocks may actually work better.

How to start as a couple

  1. Both of you complete a short assessment
  2. We check your levels and goals line up workably
  3. Agree shared slots that suit both schedules
  4. We plan a session that scales to each of you
  5. Split the cost however works between the two of you

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my partner and I are very different levels?+

We can scale exercises within one session for a moderate gap. If the difference is large, we will say so honestly and may suggest one of you starts solo first. We would rather tell you than run a session that shortchanges someone.

Is it really cheaper than two solo memberships?+

Per person, yes, because you share one trainer and one session. Two solo 1-to-1 sessions cost more combined than one shared 2-to-1. For home visits the saving is bigger, since one trip serves you both.

Do we both need the same goal?+

Not identical, but broadly compatible helps. One wanting fat loss and the other general strength usually works fine in one plan. Wildly different goals, like marathon prep versus heavy powerlifting, are harder to serve well together.

Can more than two of us train together?+

Yes, small-group sessions of three or four are possible and lower the cost each further. Attention per person drops as numbers rise, so we will advise on the sensible limit for your goals and space.

Beginner Starter Package

Our beginner starter package is a small, sensible block, an assessment plus around eight to ten sessions, designed to teach safe technique and build a habit. It is priced honestly with a per-session rate below single bookings, and kept deliberately small so you can prove it works before committing more.

Budgeting for Training

Budget for training by first deciding a monthly amount you can comfortably sustain, then choosing the format that fits it, frequency, location and block size. A smaller plan you keep for months beats an ambitious one you quit. We help you build a plan around your budget, not the other way round.

Cheap vs Quality

Cheap training can mean shared attention, template plans, or inexperienced trainers, but it is not always bad for simple needs. Quality costs more and buys experience, real assessment and adaptation. The honest question is whether the cheaper option meets your actual needs, sometimes it does, often it does not.

Condo Gym Pricing

Condo-gym training is priced like a home visit, RM180-RM350, since travel is the main cost driver. The upside is equipment: you use the gym you already pay maintenance for, so no kit to buy. We assess what your facility has and build the plan around it.

Corporate Package

Our corporate package brings training to your office or nearby condo gym for small groups of staff. Pricing is per session and scales with group size, so cost per head drops as more join. It suits companies wanting a genuine wellness benefit rather than a token perk, with clear, no-surprise quotes.

Cost Per Result

Price per session is a misleading number. What matters is cost per result: what you actually pay per kilo of fat lost, per movement learned, or per injury avoided. A cheap session that produces nothing is expensive per result; a pricier one that works can be the better deal.
