Monthly Personal Training Packages

In short

A monthly package sets a fixed number of sessions each month, commonly 8 for twice-weekly training, at a per-session rate below single bookings. It spreads cost evenly, keeps you consistent, and does not tie you into a long contract. You can adjust the count month to month.

Not everyone wants to hand over a big lump sum for a 20-session block. A monthly package solves that. You agree a set number of sessions per month, eight is the popular choice for twice-a-week training, at a rate that sits below one-off bookings, and you pay month by month. It is the option most working professionals in KL and Selangor pick because it matches how salaries land.

The quiet benefit of monthly is rhythm. When your sessions are already scheduled and paid for the month, you stop negotiating with yourself about whether to train. You just show up. And because it renews monthly rather than locking you into a year, you can scale up before a goal, ease down during a busy stretch, or pause for genuine reasons without losing money.

How monthly pricing works

  • 4 sessions/month: once weekly, maintenance or tight schedules
  • 8 sessions/month: twice weekly, the results sweet spot
  • 12 sessions/month: three times weekly, faster goals
  • Per-session rate drops as your monthly count rises

Why monthly suits many clients

It matches cash flow, so you are not choosing between training and a big one-time hit to your account. It also builds a habit that survives busy weeks, because the plan is already set. For most people, consistent training they can afford every month beats an ambitious block they buy once and abandon.

What flexes month to month

Life is not identical every month. Before Hari Raya or year-end you might want fewer sessions; before a wedding or a trek you might want more. Monthly lets you adjust the count for the next month with notice. Unused sessions are handled fairly, we will explain the carry-over rule clearly before you start.

How to set up a monthly plan

  1. Do an assessment so we can recommend a sensible frequency
  2. Pick a monthly session count that fits time and budget
  3. Agree your regular slots so scheduling is automatic
  4. Pay for the month and start training
  5. Review and adjust the count each month as life changes

Frequently Asked Questions

Is monthly more expensive than a big block?+

Per session it is usually a little more than a 20-pack, but cheaper than one-off bookings. You trade a small amount of saving for flexibility and easier cash flow. For many people that is a fair deal.

Do unused monthly sessions roll over?+

We allow a fair carry-over so you are not punished for a bad week, but monthly is designed to be used within the month. We will tell you the exact rule in writing before you commit.

Can I pause a monthly plan?+

Yes, for genuine reasons like travel, illness, surgery recovery or Ramadan. Give us reasonable notice and we pause rather than charge you for a month you cannot use.

Is there a minimum commitment?+

No long lock-in. We usually ask you to complete the current month you have paid for, then you are free to continue, adjust or stop. There is no year-long contract.

Beginner Starter Package

Budgeting for Training

Budget for training by first deciding a monthly amount you can comfortably sustain, then choosing the format that fits it, frequency, location and block size. A smaller plan you keep for months beats an ambitious one you quit. We help you build a plan around your budget, not the other way round.

Cheap vs Quality

Cheap training can mean shared attention, template plans, or inexperienced trainers, but it is not always bad for simple needs. Quality costs more and buys experience, real assessment and adaptation. The honest question is whether the cheaper option meets your actual needs, sometimes it does, often it does not.

Condo Gym Pricing

Condo-gym training is priced like a home visit, RM180-RM350, since travel is the main cost driver. The upside is equipment: you use the gym you already pay maintenance for, so no kit to buy. We assess what your facility has and build the plan around it.

Corporate Package

Our corporate package brings training to your office or nearby condo gym for small groups of staff. Pricing is per session and scales with group size, so cost per head drops as more join. It suits companies wanting a genuine wellness benefit rather than a token perk, with clear, no-surprise quotes.

Cost Per Result

Price per session is a misleading number. What matters is cost per result: what you actually pay per kilo of fat lost, per movement learned, or per injury avoided. A cheap session that produces nothing is expensive per result; a pricier one that works can be the better deal.
