Personal Training Package Options Explained

In short

Our packages are simple blocks of sessions, commonly 10 or 20, that lower the per-session price because they let us plan a real programme. There is no tiered maze of names to decode. You pick a block size that matches your goal and budget, and we help you avoid overbuying.

A lot of gyms turn packages into a puzzle: bronze, silver, platinum, elite, each with different perks and a countdown timer to make you sign today. We keep it plain. A package is just a block of 1-to-1 sessions bought together, and the only real reason it costs less per session is that a block lets us plan and progress you properly instead of guessing week to week.

The right block for you is the smallest one that gets you to a clear checkpoint, usually eight to twelve weeks of consistent training. We would rather you buy a sensible 10-pack, prove to yourself it works, and re-book, than overbuy a huge bundle you feel trapped in. Below is exactly how the options differ so you can choose with open eyes.

The blocks we offer

  • Taster: assessment plus 1-3 sessions to test the fit
  • 10-session block: the common starting point, good value
  • 20-session block: best per-session price, for committed goals
  • Monthly rolling: fixed sessions per month, easier on cash flow

Why bigger blocks cost less per session

It is not a random discount. When you commit to 20 sessions we can periodise your training, build a base, push, then peak, and we secure your slots in advance. That planning and scheduling certainty is what we pass back as a lower per-session rate.

If a provider offers a huge discount on a giant bundle with no plan behind it, be cautious. Cheap sessions with no structure are just cheap sessions.

How to pick without overbuying

  1. Name one concrete goal and a realistic date for it
  2. Count how many days a week you can genuinely train
  3. Choose the block that covers 8-12 weeks at that frequency
  4. Leave room to re-book rather than buying a year up front
  5. Ask us to talk you down a size if you are overreaching

What every package includes

Regardless of block size you get the same core: full assessment, a written programme, one trainer for the whole session, weekly progress checks, and messaging support between sessions. Bigger blocks buy more sessions and a lower rate, not a different quality of coaching.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do sessions expire?+

Blocks have a fair validity window so we can plan your progress, but we set it generously and pause it for genuine reasons like travel, illness or Ramadan. We will tell you the window before you buy, in writing.

Can I upgrade a small block to a bigger one?+

Yes. If you start with a 10-pack and want to move to a 20-pack, we credit what you have used at the correct rate. You are never penalised for starting small.

Is the biggest package always the best deal?+

Only if you will actually use it. The best deal is the block you finish. A giant package you abandon halfway is more expensive per completed session than a 10-pack you use fully.

Can two people share a package?+

For couples we run 2-to-1 sessions priced as a couples package rather than a shared solo block. Ask us and we will quote the couple rate honestly.

Beginner Starter Package

Our beginner starter package is a small, sensible block, an assessment plus around eight to ten sessions, designed to teach safe technique and build a habit. It is priced honestly with a per-session rate below single bookings, and kept deliberately small so you can prove it works before committing more.

Budgeting for Training

Budget for training by first deciding a monthly amount you can comfortably sustain, then choosing the format that fits it, frequency, location and block size. A smaller plan you keep for months beats an ambitious one you quit. We help you build a plan around your budget, not the other way round.

Cheap vs Quality

Cheap training can mean shared attention, template plans, or inexperienced trainers, but it is not always bad for simple needs. Quality costs more and buys experience, real assessment and adaptation. The honest question is whether the cheaper option meets your actual needs, sometimes it does, often it does not.

Condo Gym Pricing

Condo-gym training is priced like a home visit, RM180-RM350, since travel is the main cost driver. The upside is equipment: you use the gym you already pay maintenance for, so no kit to buy. We assess what your facility has and build the plan around it.

Corporate Package

Our corporate package brings training to your office or nearby condo gym for small groups of staff. Pricing is per session and scales with group size, so cost per head drops as more join. It suits companies wanting a genuine wellness benefit rather than a token perk, with clear, no-surprise quotes.

Cost Per Result

Price per session is a misleading number. What matters is cost per result: what you actually pay per kilo of fat lost, per movement learned, or per injury avoided. A cheap session that produces nothing is expensive per result; a pricier one that works can be the better deal.
