Personal Training Prices in KL & Selangor

In short

At our Putra Heights centre, private 1-to-1 sessions run about RM120-RM200 each, and home or condo-gym visits RM180-RM350 depending on travel. Packages lower the per-session cost. We quote a plain range up front, no joining fee, no lock-in, no hard sell.

Prices for personal training in KL and Selangor are all over the place, and most gyms hide the real number until you are sitting across a desk. We would rather you see it now. A single 1-to-1 session at our Putra Heights centre sits in the RM120-RM200 range, and it moves within that band based on session length, how many sessions you book, and whether you want two trainers on a couple.

Come to your home or condo gym and the price is higher, RM180-RM350, because we are paying for travel time and fuel, not because the workout is fancier. We will always give you a range before you commit anything, explain exactly what moves it, and let you decide. No joining fee, no equipment upsell, no pressure to sign a year you will not use.

The honest price ranges

These are real 2026 ranges, not a teaser rate with fine print. Where you land depends mostly on location and how many sessions you commit to. Booking a block lowers the per-session price because it lets us plan your programme properly instead of week to week.

  • Centre, single session: RM120-RM200
  • Centre, package of 10+: often RM110-RM160 per session
  • Home or condo-gym visit: RM180-RM350 depending on zone
  • First assessment: charged low or credited into your first block

What is included in the price

Every session is one trainer working only with you for the full time, assessment, a written plan, live coaching, and progress reviews. There is no separate charge for the programme, for messaging your trainer between sessions, or for using our equipment.

What is not included is honest too: supplements, medical or physio treatment, and any gym membership if you train at a commercial gym rather than our centre or your condo.

Why prices differ between providers

A RM60 session and a RM180 session are rarely the same thing. The cheap end is usually a shared floor trainer splitting attention, a template plan, or a fresh graduate. The higher end buys experience, a proper assessment, and someone who adjusts the plan when your shoulder is cranky or your week fell apart.

How to get an exact number

  1. Tell us your location and preferred training place
  2. Tell us your goal and how many days a week you can train
  3. We send a plain quote with the range and what moves it
  4. Book a low-cost assessment before committing to a block
  5. Decide after the assessment, no obligation to continue

Frequently Asked Questions

Why not just publish one fixed price?+

Because your situation changes the number honestly. A centre session and a home visit in Cyberjaya cost us different amounts. A fixed price would mean overcharging some clients to subsidise others. A range is fairer and clearer.

Is there a joining or registration fee?+

No. You pay for training, not for the privilege of signing up. There is no registration fee, no card fee, and no charge to get your first quote or ask questions.

Do packages really cost less per session?+

Yes. Booking 10 or 20 sessions lowers the per-session rate because it lets us plan a real programme rather than one-off workouts. The saving is genuine, not a discount off an inflated list price.

Can I start with just one session?+

You can. Many people begin with an assessment plus one or two sessions to see if we are a fit. If you continue, we credit sensibly into a block. No pressure to commit on day one.

Beginner Starter Package

Our beginner starter package is a small, sensible block, an assessment plus around eight to ten sessions, designed to teach safe technique and build a habit. It is priced honestly with a per-session rate below single bookings, and kept deliberately small so you can prove it works before committing more.

Budgeting for Training

Budget for training by first deciding a monthly amount you can comfortably sustain, then choosing the format that fits it, frequency, location and block size. A smaller plan you keep for months beats an ambitious one you quit. We help you build a plan around your budget, not the other way round.

Cheap vs Quality

Cheap training can mean shared attention, template plans, or inexperienced trainers, but it is not always bad for simple needs. Quality costs more and buys experience, real assessment and adaptation. The honest question is whether the cheaper option meets your actual needs, sometimes it does, often it does not.

Prices

Condo Gym Pricing

Condo-gym training is priced like a home visit, RM180-RM350, since travel is the main cost driver. The upside is equipment: you use the gym you already pay maintenance for, so no kit to buy. We assess what your facility has and build the plan around it.

Prices

Corporate Package

Our corporate package brings training to your office or nearby condo gym for small groups of staff. Pricing is per session and scales with group size, so cost per head drops as more join. It suits companies wanting a genuine wellness benefit rather than a token perk, with clear, no-surprise quotes.

Prices

Cost Per Result

Price per session is a misleading number. What matters is cost per result: what you actually pay per kilo of fat lost, per movement learned, or per injury avoided. A cheap session that produces nothing is expensive per result; a pricier one that works can be the better deal.
