Our Code of Conduct
In short
Our code of conduct is the set of standards we hold ourselves to on every session: put your safety first, be honest about what training can and cannot do, treat you with respect and zero judgement, protect your privacy, and always stay within a coach's scope by referring out when needed.
Anyone can say they are professional. A code of conduct is us writing down exactly what that means, so you can hold us to it. These are not slogans, they are the standards behind every decision we make in a session, from how hard we push you to when we tell you to see a doctor instead.
We put this in writing for a simple reason: it keeps us honest and it tells you precisely what to expect. If we ever fall short of any of it, you have every right to point it out. Good conduct is not a nice extra in this work, it is the foundation of trusting someone with your body and your goals.
The standards we hold
- Your safety comes before any result or sale
- We are honest about what training can and cannot do
- We treat you with respect and zero judgement, always
- We protect your privacy and your personal information
- We stay in scope and refer out when something needs a clinician
Honesty over hype
We will always tell you the truth, even when a comforting lie would be easier to sell. That means realistic timelines, honest feedback on your progress, and admitting when something is outside our expertise. We would rather lose a sale than promise a result we cannot deliver.
It also means no pressure tactics, no scare selling, and no pretending a fitness certificate makes us doctors. Straight talk builds the kind of trust that keeps clients with us for years.
Respect and professionalism
- We turn up prepared and on time for your sessions
- We listen to your concerns and adjust rather than dismiss them
- We never shame you about your body, weight or ability
- We keep clear, professional boundaries at all times
Safety and scope, without exception
The firmest line in our code is this: we never trade your safety for a faster result, and we never pretend to be clinicians. If your body needs a doctor or physiotherapist, we say so and refer you, even if it means pausing your training. Holding that line, every single time, is what makes us worth trusting.
